This year, we made CottonBoo using both Our Farmstead Goat Milk and Single Sourced Cow Milk.

This spooky cheese gets its scrumptious orange color from a touch of Annatto. We then dust the cheese with Vegetable Ash, like our Rocket's Robiola, to give it bones. Lastly, the ghostly bloom grows over. If you have had our Cottonseed, then you know how delectable and ghouly it can be!
